Melvene Bell Dickman, age 81, born in Range, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at her residence. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by four sons, Charles Steven Adams of Montgomery, AL, Mike Dickman, Mark (Meschell) Dickman and Matt Dickman all of Bay Minette, AL; three brothers, Lindsey Bell, Lavon Bell and Doug Bell all of Bay Minette, AL; ten grandchildren, Jennifer, Kimberly, Shayne, Beth, Emily, Brittany, Katlyn, Truth, Cecila and David and four great grandchildren, Emma, Marissa, Nathan and Eathan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip L. Dickman.
The funeral service will be held Friday, June 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Reverend Tony Banning officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Paul, Gary Rountree, Gerald Malone, Mike Walz, Wayne Overstreet and Andy Hall.
