BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The Baldwin County Commission may approve a memorial brick paver project at Bicentennial Park to honor Baldwin County parents, ancestors, friends and veterans.
The project will offer placement of an engraved brick in the main pavillion area or the veterans’s memorial for $40.
Baldwin County archivist John Jackson said the engraved bricks sell for $25 each and $15 will be used to pay for installation.
“We checked around and this is the lowest cost we found,” Jackson said. “It’s a chance for a lasting memorial of a loved one or friend.”
Jackson said the project will begin Dec. 20 with Commission approval.
