GULF SHORES, Ala. — Meyer Real Estate management team members Missy Zak, Chuck Steeg, Kathy Harr, Stephen Jeffries, Mark Walker and Lorri Rhodes recently attended the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association conference in Destin.

Missy Zak, Meyer Real Estate’s Vice-President of Customer Relations said, “FLVRMA is a statewide association formed to meet the professional needs of those companies and professionals who rent and manage vacation properties.

“The conference hosted a variety of sessions including Doug Kennedy’s Hospitality and Guest Service Workshop, Steve Craig with Pro Resort Housekeeping discussing the fundamentals of housekeeping, marketing tips from FlipKey’s Jeremiah Gall and Lewis Communications’ Ellen Wingard, and the latest travel trends from the state as shared by Chris Thompson, president and CEO of Visit Florida. There were also several vendors attending to showcase their latest products and share industry knowledge.
