FOLEY, Ala. – Meyer Services, an SH Enterprises, Inc. company, is having a job fair Friday from 1 p.m.–4 p.m. at 509 E. Section St. in Foley.
Durk Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of Meyer Services, states “Last year we were extremely excited to relocate to our new 33,000-square-foot facility in the Foley Industrial Park which houses both our housekeeping and maintenance operations. This job fair allows us to highlight our open part-time and seasonal employment positions for the upcoming busy tourist season. If someone is looking for part-time work or extra spending money by working weekends, we encourage job-seekers to stop by and complete an application or take one to someone who is in search of employment.”
Meyer Services needs to fill the following positions:
HOUSEKEEPERS (seasonal)
Duties include general housekeeping of rental properties such as condos and beach houses. Suitable personal transportation, proof of auto insurance required.
QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTORS (seasonal)
Duties include inspection of rental properties to insure housekeeper cleaning standards have been met and maintenance issues reported.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (seasonal and part time) 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift & (seasonal 40+ hrs/wk, part time 20+hrs/wk)
Duties include basic repairs of plumbing, minor electrical work, with general use of common tools and equipment.
