Michael Earl Polk, 58, a native and resident of Fairhope, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014.
Mr. Polk was preceded in death by his father, Coy “Tom” Polk; and brother, Tommy Polk.
He is survived by his wife, Myrna Alawine; son, Dale Turberville; mother, Sybil Polk; sisters, Mary (Cecil) Heaton, Betty (Mac) Smith, Gwinn Taylor, Sylvia Richerson, Julia (Ronnie) Fullen and Cindy (Robin) Polk; brother, Kevin Polk; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley.
Visitation will be from noon until time of the service.
Interment will follow in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
