Michael M. Millsap, 66, passed away at home in Foley on Dec. 13, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert M. Millsap and Isabel W. Millsap of Magnolia Springs.
He is survived by his wife, Linda J. Millsap of Panama City Beach, Fla.; son, Lanier M. Millsap of Vestavia Hills, Ala.; daughter, Molly M. Douglass of Newnan, Ga.; and grandchildren, Grace, Wallis and Sims Millsap and Madeline Claire and Parker Owen Douglass.
Known to his family and many friends as “Mike,” he graduated from Bessemer High School, where he lettered in football, and later attended Marion Military Institute and the University of Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala., to be added to the Robert M. and Isabel W. Millsap Scholarship.
