Dwight Franklin Miller, 68, a native and lifelong resident of Foley, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his father, General Franklin Miller; and a brother, George D. Miller.
Survivors include his mother, Ozene S. Miller of Magnolia Springs; two sons, Dwayne Franklin (Suzie) Miller of Foley and Shawn Franklin (Megan) Miller of Summerdale; his companion of 13 years, Elaine L. Collins of Magnolia Springs; brother, Robert E. (Carol) Milller of Houston; two sisters, Deborah (Jerry) Parks of Bon Secour and Loretta Miller of Magnolia Springs; grandchildren, Koty, Savannah, Annalese, Chad, Chase, Linsey, Zane, Zack, Stephanie, Eddie, Mack, Jordan and Camryn; Elaine’s children, Cathy, Mike, Clayton Collins and Felcia Norris; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation begins at noon with funeral services at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 at Vernant Park Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Vernant Park Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Vernant Park Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 10891 Vernant Church Road, Foley, AL 36535.
