Kenneth McColister Miller, a native of Miami and a resident of Summerdale, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009 in Summerdale.
He was member of Elks Lodge #1879 for 33 years. He was a longtime salesman for various companies for over 50 years.
His humor and self written songs will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine Miller.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Johnnie Miller of Summerdale; son, Tim (Cindy) Miller of Point Clear; six daughters, Jeanne (John) Henry of Spanish Fort, Karen (Stan) Bertagnolli of Jacksonville, Fla., Amy (Michael) Dominguez of Spanish Fort, Glenda (Terry) Yoas of Bay Minette, Denise (Randy Doss) Stuckey of Silverhill, Daphne (Rodney) Price of Satsuma; 15 grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. with a memorial service at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 E. 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
