Louise Monk, 89, a resident of Magnolia Springs, died Sunday, April 13, 2008 in Magnolia Springs.
She was born May 21, 1918 in Foley.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Monk of Magnolia Springs; daughter, Kathy Mitchell of Picayune, Miss.; son, Wally Mitchell of Metairie, La.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Wednesday, April 16 at Pine Rest Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17 at the funeral home with Terry Flummer officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park in Foley.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Community Hospice of Baldwin County, 2770 S. McKenzie St. Suite C, Foley, AL 36535.
