Linda Johnson Stuart Moore, 67, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, died on Friday July 31, 2009.
Moore was a loving mother, grandmother, an active member of the Fairhope Community her entire life. She will be remembered for her outgoing and witty personality, her never ending desire to give and help others. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Moore was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Ulysses Johnson and Elise M. Johnson, brothers, James Edward Johnson, John Leland Johnson, Ronald Lee Johnson.
Survivors include three children, Robert B. (Kasandra) Stuart of Orange Beach, Randall W. Stuart of Fairhope and Alison P. Stuart of Fairhope; seven brothers and sisters, Babara Johnson Raines of Vero Beach, Fla., William Liston Johnson of Foley, Thomas Allen Johnson of Hattisburg, Miss., Richard Ray Johnson of Fairhope, Michael Wayne Johnson of Tallahassee, Fla., Dennis Van Johnson of Fairhope, and Mary Anne Karter of Prescott, Ariz.; four grandchildren, Zachary B. Stuart, Brandon A. Stuart, Robert B. “Tripp” Stuart III and Hunter R. Stuart; nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grandnephews and many friends.
A special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Mobile Infirmary, Thomas Hospital, and Odssey Hospice.
A Celebration Of Life memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
