Edwina Strong Morrison, 88, a native of Birmingham, and a longtime resident of Fairhope, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008.
She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Fairhope.
She was a past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star
Survivors include four sons, Lum "Sonny" (Lenora Jean) Morrison Jr. of Spanish Fort, H. Joseph Morrison of Mobile, Fred B. Morrison of Fairhope, Billy E. (Margaret) Morrison of Fairhope; daughter, Mary Morrison (Billy) Donald of Fairhope; grandchildren, Kim Baker of Daphne, Ashley Roberson of Daphne, Kristi Morrison of Spanish Fort, Chris Morrison of North Carolina, Shannon Morris of Georgia, Jason Donald of Foley; great-grandchildren, Ty and Erick Roberson, Grey and Wilson Morris, Brandon Donald; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20 from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
