Emma V. Mosley, 92, a native of Crossroads and a resident of Stapleton, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at Oakwood Nursing Home in Bay Minette.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include four sons, Marion Mosley of Bay Minette, Fredrick Mosley, Tony Mosley and George Mosley, all of Stapleton; five daughters, Janice Humphrey of Stapleton, Brenda Wilson of Loxley, Velma Davis of Miflin, Juanita Robberson and Elvira Ridgeway, both of Fairhope; daughter-in-law, Isabelle Mosley of Stapleton; brother, Bruce Johnson of Bay Minette; three sisters, Lorena Johnson of Bay Minette, Patsy Mae Joyner and Clarice Joyner, both of Rabun; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28 at Galilee Primitive Baptist Church in Stapleton with the Rev. Alan Lawhorn and the Rev. J.P. Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at Galilee Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Boyce Mosley, Eric Mosley, Allen Wilson, Darren Middleton, Brandon Mosley, Carl Davis, Gary Mosley and Eric Watts. Honorary pallbearers will be Blake Boyington, Will Menas, Justin Morrow, Andy Stone, Chase Rasa and Seth Watts.
