Mr. Sidney Earl Walker Sr., age 77, a native of Orange Beach, Alabama, passed away on Oct. 28, 2017.
He was a tug boat captain and also had Walker's Quik-Stop. He started his own dirt hauling business that his oldest son still runs to this day.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alma and Rabun Walker. Also preceded in death by his son, Kevin Walker.
Survived by two children: daughter, Cheryl (Jerry) Hevrdey from Tennessee; and son, Sidney (Stacey) Walker Jr. of Magnolia Springs, Alabama; two grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
He will be missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service will be Friday, Nov. 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. from the Orange Beach Presbyterian Church.
Visitation at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Interment in the Bear Point Cemetery.
