Myrtis Voncile Harris, age 89, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 at North Baldwin Infirmary. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Ann Beagles of Bay Minette; Eddie Fields of Flomaton, Diane Fields of Pine Grove and Bobbie Jean Butterworth of Crestview, Fla; twelve grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles “Peewee” Hardy and three grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at 3 p.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Rev. David Cooper and the Rev. Richard Shorter officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 from 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be, James Sprinkle, Will Cooper, Austin Ryals, Shaun Moody, Dakota Johnson and William West. Funeral arrangements are by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
