The town of Silverhill is taking applications for anyone interested in establishing a neighborhood watch system.

Those interested will be notified when a meeting will be set up.

“We are a community,” said Silverhill Police Chief Kim Wasdin, “and we encourage all the community to get involved in keeping our neighborhoods safe.”

Anyone interested can call the Police Department at 945-5200 or Town Hall at 945-5198.
