Fred J. Nix, 60, a native of Jasper and resident of Orange Beach, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007.
He was a member of the Mystics of Pleasure and enjoyed Scuba Diving, motorcycling and spending time with his grandson, Flynn.
Survivors include a daughter, Christina Nix of Boulder, Colo.; son, Christopher Nix of Gulf Shores; and one grandson.
A sunset beachside memorial service was held Wednesday, Nov. 14 near the Flora-Bama.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Camp Rap-a-Hope, 2701 Airport Blvd. Mobile, AL 36606.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
