The event featured health screenings, games and fitness activities for the children, as well as information and registration on the FitKids program.

According to information distributed by the infirmary, FitKid classes are held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4 p.m. at the Wellness Center.

Fitness assessments will be conducted Feb. 14-18, with classes beginning Feb. 21 and concluding April 14. At the conclusion of the program, final fitness assessments will be conducted April 18-21, followed by a graduation ceremony.

For Wellness Center members, cost of the program is $90 per child, with nonmembers paying $120 per child. However, some families may be able to receive a break.
