BAY MINETTE, Ala. — As North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Executive Assistant Melanie Sikes, right, looks on at Friday’s meeting of the North Baldwin Young Professionals, North Baldwin Young Professionals founder and NBCC Past Board Chairman Brandon Simpson presents the idea of establishing a council of three to five people that would guide the direction of the group that was just launched last July. The group also touched on two previously presented ideas, establishing a new version of the Belles and Beaux student-mentoring program and establishing a triathalon event in Stockton, as well as once again working with the chamber’s Career Horizon Expo in the fall.
