GULF SHORES, Ala. — Five talented nuns from the fictional convent of Mount St. Helens are off to conquer the stages of Las Vegas as they attempt to raise money for their latest project.

Join the sisters, played by (from left) Denean Anthony, Marsha Guyer, Sharon Watson, Logan Anthony and Margaret Cooper as they sing and dance their way through the stages of Sin City.

It's a rollicking adventure punctuated by lively songs and great banter.

Joyce James, veteran SBCT board member, is the show's director and Jackie Dahlman, the pianist at Gulf Shores United Methodist Church, is the accompanist.

"Nunsensations" runs from Jan. 15 to Jan. 24 at South Baldwin Community Theatre in Gulf Shores.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday shows are at 2 p.m. Tickets are $18 for adults, $12 for students and group rates for 10 or more people are available.

SBCT is at 2022 W. Second St. in Gulf Shores, across from the Bodenhamer Recreation Center.
