Larry Jones, top photo, a local attorney who lives at 5120 Washington Blvd. in Orange Beach, has been awarded the “Yard of the Month” by the Orange Beach Garden Club. The front yard of Mr. Jones is lighted at night by solar powered lights and his back yard is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and a pond. The Orange Beach Garden Club was also pleased to recognize the City of Orange Beach with a Commercial Yard of the Month award to show appreciation for its great work in providing our city with beautiful landscaping year round. A sign has been placed in front of the council chambers at City Hall.
