ORANGE BEACH, AL - The annual Kids' Night Out back to school party hosted by the Orange Beach Police Department has been moved from Aug. 11 to Aug. 23 because of expected rainy weather this week. It will be from 5-7 p.m. at Waterfront Park as the department offers city kids a chance for one more summer fling before school starts on Aug. 22. There will be several water slides, bounce houses, frozen treats, popcorn and soda for kids 13 and under.
