Orange Beach man held on $1M bond after drug arrest

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - An Orange Beach man is being held under a $1 million bond after his arrest Wednesday at the Columns Apartments on the Foley Beach Express.

After a three-month investigation into designer drug trafficking, the Baldwin County Drug Task Force and Orange Beach Police Department executed a residential search warrant at 6870 Foley Beach Express in Orange Beach.

Investigators located about 200 hits of LSD, a trafficking amount of MDMA, Cocaine, prescription medication and counterfeit money. During the investigation, it was learned that the drugs were brought into Baldwin County from the New Orleans area.

Two suspects were arrested and are currently in the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Corrections Center. The investigation is ongoing.

 Arrested were John Necaise, 27, of 6870 Foley Beach Express Orange Beach, on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with a bond of $5,000, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $1,000 and drug trafficking with a bond of $1 million.

Also arrested was Natasha Abbott, 25, of Slidell, La., who was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and placed under a $5,000 bond.
