Well, Saturday night anyway.
The Scallawag Burger was created at the Fourth Annual PirateFest at Happy Harbor in Orange Beach. Manager Robbie was manning grill making burgers, pulled pork and grilled steak sandwiches.
He decided to combine the three on one bun and the Scallawag Burger came to life.
It’s definitely not a “pick up and eat” sandwich so be sure to grab knife and fork when this delicacy reappears. And napkins. And friends.
You won’t want to try to eat this by yourself.
