Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Pace Jr., of Fairhope announce the engagement of their daughter, Gentry Anne Pace, to 2nd Lt. Stephen William Jackson II, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen W. Jackson, of Cleveland, Tenn.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Joe B. Pace and Mr. and Mrs. William M. Tarantino, all of Pensacola, Fla.
The prospective bridegroom of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Maierle, of Memphis, Tenn., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Jackson, of Pompton Lakes, N.J.
They both graduated from Auburn University with Bachelor’s Degrees in criminology.
After his May 2008 graduation, the propective bridegroom was commissioned second lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
The couple will exchange vows July 4, 2009, in Fairhope. They will then reside in Fort Riley, Kan.
