Mr. and Mrs. James Kenneth Parker of Bay Minette announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Hannah Parker, to Joshua Andrew Salter, the son of Robin Salter and the late Donnie Salter of Flomaton.
The bride-elect is a senior at Baldwin County High School.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Parker of Bay Minette and Mr. and Mrs. Shelley Lewis of Robertsdale.
She works at First Baptist Child Development Center in Bay Minette.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Flomaton High School in Flomaton. He is stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, N.C.
He is the grandson of Wallace and Mattie Reed of Century, Fla.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. April 11, 2009 at Atmore First Assembly.
