SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Bruno’s Supermarket in Spanish Fort will host a fundraiser for Team Fox for Parkinson’s research from 12 to 3 p.m. Sept. 26. The event will include a free health fair with more than 15 vendors giving various health screenings, singing by a local church group and activities for kids. 

In order to raise money for Parkinson’s research Team Fox will have a silent auction with prizes including a Budweiser kayak, several grills, Coca-Cola tailgate prize packs and Coca-Cola hammocks.

The event will close with a 1-mile fun run called “Shake, Rattle and Run.”

Cost of the fun run is $5 in advance and $10 the day of the event. 

Applications for the run are available at Bruno’s Supermarkets in Spanish Fort and Fairhope.

In order to be guaranteed an event T-shirt you must apply before Saturday.
