Cynthia Louise Sinclair Parris, 67, of Foley died Thursday, July 23, 2009 in her home surrounded by her family and friends who loved her dearly.
She was born and raised in Jamaica, West Indies. She retired from RBC and OTC in New York and New Jersey.
She was full of life and an angel to her neighbors, and would do anything for her children. She was a doting mother, a dedicated grandmother and a wonderful and caring friend. She loved to garden and it showed by the way her home and yard looked. She was a collector of antique milk glasses and Fenton collection pieces, and she was an avid animal lover.
Loved ones will remember her favorite word “whatever”, and how she said “Pre-cious”. She will be remembered forever and missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lena Sinclair, her father, David Sinclair, and brother, Carlton Clarke.
Survivors include two chidren, Sandra Pas and Janet Henry; three sisters, two brothers, four grandchildren, a great-grandchild, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 30 at Pine Rest Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 31 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park.
