Pat Jones, 54, a native of Mobile, a longtime resident of Orange Beach, died Monday, April 21, 2008 at a local hospital.
He was the co-owner and operator of Jones Canvas in Orange Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa Jones; five children, David Jones and Chase Jones, both of Orange Beach; Shelby Singleton of Elberta, Llayna Hillman of Pensacola, Fla., and Travis Hillman of Knoxville, Tenn.; his mother, Loretta Jones of Orange Beach; brother, Mike (Connie) Jones of Trussville; four sisters, Brenda (Brad) Ogden of Mobile, Laura (Don) Lloyd and Kathy (Ty) Fleming, both of Orange Beach, and Suzi Jones of Foley; seven grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 24 at Pine Rest Funeral Home with a memorial service at 6 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
The family requests memorial donations be made to New Hope Children’s Foundation, P.O. Box 39120, Birmingham, AL 35208.
