Baldwin County Probate Judge Tim Russell has announced the appointment of Patsy Clark to the position of probate chief clerk, who started in her new role on Monday.

Clark is a resident of Fairhope and formerly served as chair of the Baldwin County Board of Registrars, where she was appointed to two terms by Gov. Robert Bentley.

She was formerly employed by Wells Fargo Bank for 25 years, serving as manager of the San Diego main office, San Francisco headquarters office and then as district/area manager for 25 bank offices in the greater Phoenix area.

A former Bay Minette resident, she attended Baldwin County High School, Jacksonville State University, the University of Alabama and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

She and her husband, Ray, are the parents of four sons and grandparents to six grandchildren.

They are members of St. James Episcopal Church, where she serves on the Altar Guild.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to work for Judge Russell, and to continue serving Baldwin County citizens in this new capacity,” Clark said.
