Paul Dennis Forsman, 69, of Fairhope passed away Dec. 11, 2013.
He is survived by a daughter, Hollie Quan of Vancover, B.C.; four sons, David Forsman of Summerdale, Jonathan Forsman of Fairhope, Geoffrey Forsman of Fairhope and Matthew Forsman of Loxley; a sister, Betty Reczyk of Fairhope; a brother, Dan Forsman of California; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at 11 a.m., at Silverhill Covenant Church. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service.
