Paul Thomas Self, 58, of Robertsdale, passed away Aug. 9, 2014.
He was a United States Navy veteran.
He is survived by his daughter, Christine Beardshear of Prattville; a son, John Self of Foley; a sister, Mary Shaw of Wetempka; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
