BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Together with their families, Kalani Payne and Joseph Weaver, both of Bay Minette, would like to announce their engagement. Kalani is the daughter of the late Darlene Graham Payne of Bay Minette and Steve Payne, also of Bay Minette. Joseph is the son of Ronnie and Pauline Weaver of the Crossroads community. They plan to exchange their vows on Oct. 22, 2011 at 5 in the evening in Bay Minette.
