Pearl Baker Ryals, 100, a resident of Loxley passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013. Mrs. Ryals was a member of Loxley Baptist Church.
She was an excellent Southern cook and homemaker.
Mrs. Ryals was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Baker; her husband of 37 years, Edward Baker; and her husband of 30 years, M.C. Ryals.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce (Lavon) Turberville of Silverhill; sons, Dale Baker of Loxley, Ernest H. (Mary) Baker of Silverhill, Nolan (Beth) Baker of Jackson and Gary (Lisa) Baker of Daphne; 14 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel with her cousin, the Rev. John Schell and her grandson, Jesse Baker of Nashville, Tenn. officiating. Burial followed in Greenwood Cemetery in Loxley.
