MOBILE POST – A single-vehicle crash at 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, claimed the life of a pedestrian. Evaristo Hernandez, 41, of Daphne was discovered off the roadway on Baldwin County 64 a half mile east of Daphne. The vehicle that struck Hernandez left the scene. The driver and vehicle have been located. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
