Peggy Hedden Eiland, 56, a resident of Rosinton, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014.
Mrs. Eiland was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, where she was an instrumentalist.
She was a graduate of Robertsdale High School and Louisiana College, and she retired from the state of Alabama.
Mrs. Eiland will be missed by many friends and family.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Eiland of Rosinton; a daughter, Kinsey Eiland of Rosinton; parents, Ford and Jane Hedden of Elsanor; a sister, Kathy Foerster of Elsanor; and three brothers, David Hedden of Jayess, Miss., Keith Hedden of Crestview, Fla. and Glen Hedden of Elsanor.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Harvey Earls and the Rev. David Hedden officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Cemetery.
A visitation will be held Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, from 5 until 8 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church.
