BAY MINETTE, Ala. — A Perdido man who allegedly brandished a knife to steal cash and a Mountain Dew cola at a convenience store Dec. 3 remains incarcerated at Baldwin County Corrections Center on an $80,000 bail.

Dwight Conway Curry, 48, of County Road 61, is charged with first-degree robbery, third-degree promoting prison contraband and public intoxication, according to online jail records.

Curry was arrested Dec. 12, and declined a preliminary hearing in Baldwin County District Court, records state. The grand jury will review the case.

Bond conditions stipulate Curry cannot go to the Shell Gas Station or Raceway in Bay Minette.
