PERDIDO KEY – Enjoy two "glasses-full" events as part of this year’s Perdido Key Wine and Art Festival, which has both a VIP gathering and an outdoor celebration on the first weekend of spring.

Get into the spirit Friday March 22 by attending a premier VIP Party featuring amazing wines and appetizers from Perdido Key’s top restaurants, along with auction items, live music and a raffle.

This event will be from 5:30-8:30 p.m. under a 4,000-square-foot tent at Sacred Heart Field, 13160 Gulf Beach Hwy. The featured artist of the evening will be Lyn Gentry of Hot Sands Glass.

Enjoy signature dishes from restaurants and catering services and vote for your favorite chef. Tickets are $25 apiece or $45 per couple.

On Saturday March 23 the festival, in its fourth year, will feature artists, vendors, wine distributors and live music from noon-8 p.m.

For $15 a guest will receive a commemorative wine glass and five tastes of wine. Additional tastes cost $2, or $8 for glass pours.

Visitors who spend three nights in lodging on Perdido Key may qualify for a $50 gas card.

The event is sponsored by the Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Information Center.
