Madge “KriKet” Laney Ernandez Phillips, 53, a resident of Little River, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008 at her residence.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents Hurley and Roslie Mason Ernandez and her sister, Genivive “Freddie” Johnson.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Randy Phillips Sr. of Little River; son, Wayne (Peggy) Davis of Daphne; stepson, Randy (Tucker) Phillips Jr. of Stockton; her brothers, Hurley (Leslie) Ernandez of Meraux, La., and Robert (Kim) Ernandez of Malbis.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11 at Mamie’s Chapel in Little River with the Rev. Steve Shelley officiating. Burial will follow at Mamie’s Chapel Cemetery.
The pallbearers were Randy Phillips Jr., Oppie Bryant, Billy Williamson, John Steadham, Ben Noble and Mike Bryars.
