Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Pendleton announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Ann Phillips, to Zachary Wayne Gatlin Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gatlin. The bride-elect is also the daughter of John David Phillips Jr.
She graduated from Fairhope High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Spring Hill College where she was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority. She is employed by Texican Natural Gas Company.
The prospective bridegroom attended St. Stanislaus Preparatory School and graduated from Murphy High School. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served on the USS Mount Whitney. He is the broker of Gulf Coast House Hunter.
The couple will exchange vows June 6, 2009 at Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
