As part of its summer enrichment series, the North Baldwin Coalition for Excellence in Education offered Summer Band Camp to help prepare middle school students for the new year.

The camp was led by Bay Minette Middle School Band Director Stuart Ivey and guest director Josh Williams, who serves as Director of Bands at Phenix City Intermediate School in Phenix City. Members of the Baldwin County High School Tiger Band also assisted with the camp.

The camp was open to incoming 7th graders who plan to be in middle school band and rising eighth graders who wanted a refresher course. The students were provided with one-on-one music instruction.
