Phyllis P. Hoffman, 90, a native of Waltham, Mass. and resident of Fairhope, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2013 at her residence.
She was a retired registered nurse.
Mrs. Hoffman was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Hoffman.
Survivors include 16 nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 11 a.m., at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
