ORANGE BEACH, Ala. —The Pink Heals Tour is an event to raise breast cancer awareness annually in October. The “Guardians of the Ribbons” group brought pink firetrucks to town signed by more than 40,000 breast cancer survivors from all over the country and held a parade at The Wharf in Orange Beach.
