Eileen Pinter, 87, a native of Bellaire, Ohio and a resident of Perdido Beach for 39 years, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010.
She was a lifetime member of Elberta VFW, American Legion 240, Pensacola Am Vets, Warrington Elks, Rovin Elks RV Club, Lillian Community Club, Elberta Preservation, Master Gardeners of AL and Dixie Delights Red Hats.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John, three sisters and a brother.
Survivors include two sons, John (Angela) Thoburn of Las Vegas, and Donald (Jackie) Stone of Columbus, Ohio; daughter, Barbara (Gary) Faehnrich of Perdido Beach; four grandchildren, Dawn Finley, Todd Faehnrich, Kelly and Brett Stone; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service for John and Eileen Pinter will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17 in the fellowship hall at St. Bartholomew’s in Elberta.
