DAPHNE -- A 21 year old male, identified as Jarret Anthony Helm was arrested late Tuesday morning in relation to the Easter Egg incident at Christ the King Church.
According to a press release from Daphne Police Department investigator Corp. Jason Vannoy, Helm was charged with one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. He is currently being held in the Daphne City Jail.
Evidence shows that Helm put his personal medication into a plastic egg and later put the egg out (amongst similar eggs) at the CTK Easter Egg hunt. The egg was found by a 6-year-old child, who ingested one of the pills. The pill was identified as Adderol (an ADHD prescription medication). The child did not suffer any adverse effects from the pill and is doing fine according to parents.
