Kenneth Matthew Porter, 32, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009 at a Mobile hospital.
He was a native and resident of Atmore for most of his life and a former resident of Perdido.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Porter and a brother, Danny Porter.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Gray Porter of Atmore; two sons, Clay Gray and Dikoda Gray, both of Atmore; daughter, Taylor Gray of Atmore; and unborn daughter, Kennedy Gayle Porter; his mother, Vanessa Porter of Chunchula; step-father, David Phillips of Chunchula; grandparents, Jewel Porter of Mobile, Travis Hadley of Perdido and Aline Hadley of Perdido; three sisters, Shanna Johnson of Biloxi, Miss., Tasha Johnson of Mobile and Ona Johnson of Chunchula; a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29 at the Fretwell Tabernacle Holiness Church with Helen Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Bankster Cemetery in Spanish Fort.
Pallbearers are Ben Harris, Randal Boutwell, Marshall Hadley, Jason Hadley, Eddie Dean Huckabee and Ray Boutwell.
