Catherine Mary Maradik Potmesil, 98, a native of East St. Louis, Ill., and resident of Robertsdale, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2007.
She was the former co-owner and operator of Potmesil’s Pottery specializing in hand crafting Alabama clay. She was also known for her macrame’, needlework and other art work.
Survivors include brother, Paul R. Maradik of Fairhope; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 12 at Mack Funeral Home with Father William James officiating. Burial followed at Silverhill Cemetery.
