Ronald Lynn “Ronnie” Pridgeon died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope.

He was born Dec 2, 1952 in Panama City, Fla. He grew up in Wewahitchka, Fla., and graduated from Wewahitchka High School in 1972. Later, he worked for the Florida Highway Patrol in Starke, Fla.

He moved to Pensacola in the 1980s, where he met and married the love of his life, Janice Westfall.

They lived in Pensacola for several years and moved to Daphne, three years ago.

He loved the Lord, his wife, family, friends, and Alabama football. He will be missed by all.

He was was preceded in death by his father, Jack K Pridgeon.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Pridgeon; his mother, Melissa Butler of Pensacola, Fla.; sister, Jackie Greene of Wiggins, Miss., brother Jerry of Wewahitchka; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with funeral services at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. at Jehu Cemetery in Wewahitchka, Fla.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort.
