Rachel Anne Prochazka, 70, a resident of Foley, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013.
Mrs. Prochazka was preceded in death by her grandson, Joseph Hutson.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly (Fred) Huton of Foley; son, Earl (Lynn) Prochazka of Lillian; grandsons, Dayton Prochazka of Lillian and William Hutson of Foley; three brothers; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2013, at Pine Rest Funeral Home. The visitation will be at Pine Rest Funeral Home from 1 until time of service. Interment will follow in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
