Robert A. “Bob” Rainbolt, 79, a native of Otter Lake, Mich., and a resident of Robertsdale, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007.
He was retired from General Motors and was a member of the Robertsdale Church of the Nazarene. He was known for always having helping hands to aid others.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Joyce Rainbolt of Robertsdale; daughters, Susan Howe of Michigan, Hope McLincha of Clio, Mich., and Laurie Rainbolt of Robertsdale; sons, Mark Rainbolt and Tony Rainbolt, both of Michigan and Greg Rainbolt of Summerdale; one brother, Harold Rainbolt of Clearmont, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12 at Robertsdale Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Terry Flunner officiating. Burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Robertsdale Church of the Nazarene.
