Natividad “Pecan” Ramos, 88, a native of Gause, Texas, and a resident of Fairhope, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009 at a local health care facility.
Survivors include eight sons, Primitivo (Eva) Ramos of Weslaco, Texas, George (Odilia) Ramos of Fairhope, Richard (Carmen) Ramos of Repton, Jose (Minnie) Ramos of Fairhope, Jesus (Delia) Ramos of Homestead, Fla., Ramiro (Irma) Ramos of Pleasenton, Texas, Hector (Anna) Ramos and Edwardo Ramos, both of Fairhope; four daughters, Viola (Thomas) Lopez of Weslaco, Texas, Leticia (Jose) Peralez and Maria (Kip) Gilheart, both of Fairhope, and Tammy (Michael) Schettini of Sequin, Texas; 37 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14 from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Belforest Catholic Cemetery.
